At Someone You Love, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns on eligible items in line with the policy below.
Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price.

The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered.

A return postage fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Eligibility & Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and unworn, with no signs of wear, scratches beyond normal inspection, or tarnishing from use.

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
How to Return an Item

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–7 working days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
